We provide few types of annual evaluations in IWRD. Evaluation ensures feedback to teachers, trainers, administrators and the overall system. Consistency in training and evaluation leads to positive behavior change in clients.
Staff evaluation
Training and evaluation protocol assesses: client performance (on task behavior), professional and clinical performance of staff, skills in programming and data analysis.
Evaluation of programs
We evaluate three types of programs: instructional programs, treatment programs and home programs. Evaluation protocol assesses: Individualization, Desired Behavior Change, Appropriate Intervention, Parental Consent, IOA, Probe Data, Generalization.
Parent consumer evaluation
Evaluation protocol assesses Familiarity, Staff Cooperation, Effective Treatment, Communication, Staff Pleasantness.
Colleague evaluation
Evaluation protocol assesses: Cooperation, Communication, Pleasantness, Professionalism.
Evaluation of evaluators
Evaluation protocol assesses: Flexibility in setting date, Helpfulness, Pleasantness, Availability, Usefulness of feedback, Timeliness of written feedback.
